1、探索ICU患者肠内营养喂养不耐受的潜在危险因素。 2、构建并验证ICU患者肠内营养喂养不耐受的风险预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To explore the potential risk factors of enteral nutritional feeding intolerance in ICU patients. 2.To construct and validate a risk prediction model for enteral nutritional feeding intolerance in ICU patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

进入ICU的患者，年龄≥18岁；ICU停留时间≥24小时；ICU期间接受至少一次肠内营养。

Inclusion criteria

Patients admitted to ICU were >= 18 years old;Length of stay time in ICU >= 24 hours; Receiving enteral nutrition at least once while in the ICU.

排除标准：

进入ICU即可主动经口进食；肠内营养时间小于24小时；因为各种原因而无法进行GRV的b超评估。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with oral feeding when they were admitted into ICU; Patients with enteral tube feeding less than 24 hours; Patients without ultrasound assessment of GRV because of many reasons.
