研究目的：

本研究将探讨高浓度氢气（67%）对开胸/胸腔镜下行肺叶切除患者术后肺功能的影响及其机制，为临床上行肺叶切除患者术后肺功能的快速恢复提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will explore the effect of high concentration hydrogen (67%) on the lung function of patients undergoing thoracotomy/thoracoscopic lobectomy and its mechanism, and provide a theoretical basis for the rapid recovery of lung function after clinical lobectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄25-60岁，ASAⅡ-Ⅲ级 ，预计单肺通气时间1-3小时，预计手术时间2-4小时。

Inclusion criteria

Aged 25 to 60 years old, ASA class II-III, estimated one-lung ventilation time 1-3 hours, estimated operation time 2-4 hours.

排除标准：

有电解质紊乱,神经精神疾病,神经肌肉系统疾病,依从性较差的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with electrolyte disturbances, neuropsychiatric diseases, neuromuscular diseases, and poor compliance.
