研究目的:

畸形胎儿是环境污染致畸、致突变和致癌“三致”生物效应中表性明显改变的典型范例和最严重的先天缺陷。先天缺陷是世界范围内人类伤残和重大疾病发生的主要病因。我国每年新增出生缺陷患儿90万例,新生儿出生缺陷率为5.6%,并呈上升态势。先天缺儿童及成年人不仅给家庭带来巨大精神压力和经济负担,也使社会和国家不堪重负。本项目以畸胎为研究对象,从环境因素、遗传因素和遗传与环境相互的作用,探索和阐明不同表型畸胎发生的分子机制,为预防和减少严重先天缺陷的发生提供科学依据和技术支撑。  

Objectives of Study:

Fetal malformation is environmental pollution teratogenic, mutagenic and carcinogenic "three letter" a typical example of the biological effects of significant changes in the tables and the most severe birth defects. Birth defects is a major cause of disability worldwide and major human diseases. China's new-born children with 900,000 cases annually defects, birth defects was 5.6%, and an upward trend. Congenital lack of children and adults not only to the family tremendous mental stress and economic burden, but also to society and the State overwhelmed. This project teratogenic for the study, from environmental factors, genetic factors, and the role of heredity and environment mutually explore and elucidate the molecular mechanism of occurrence of different phenotypes teratogenic, to prevent and reduce the occurrence of serious birth defects and provide scientific basis and technical support.

纳入标准:

各类终止妊娠畸形胎儿的脐带血、羊水、胎盘、胎儿口腔粘膜、体表粘液

Inclusion criteria

Various types of termination of pregnancy fetal malformations cord blood, amniotic fluid, placenta, fetal oral mucosa, surface mucus.

排除标准:

不取畸形胎儿除畸形器官的其他部分组织

Exclusion criteria:

Other organizations do not take part in addition to fetal malformation malformation of organs.
