研究目的:

我国是拥有高原面积最多和高原留居人口最多的国家之一,高原低压性缺氧是高原病治病的主要因素,大脑是对缺氧最敏感的器官,迄今我们对高原缺氧状态下脑功能变化的了解是有限的、肤浅的,本项目拟利用3.0T超高场强MRI DTI和BOLD成像活体无创的检查技术和其能评价脑组织结构的完整性、结构功能的病理改变和测定活体神经纤维走形的优势,探讨长期高原低氧环境对脑微结构改变的程度和功能区的研究,对揭示高原低氧环境对生理、病理状态下人脑功能的影响和了解藏汉民族对高原低氧的适应机制有重要指导意义。  

Objectives of Study:

China is one of the countries which have the largest plateau area and maximum resident population. Hypobaric hypoxia is the main cause of high altitude sickness, and the brain is the most sensitive organ to hypoxia. But so far we have a limited and superficial understanding of the changes on brain’s function under high altitude hypoxia. The project intends to use 3.0T ultra-high field intensity MRI DTI and BOLD imaging living body noninvasive inspection techniques and its advantages of evaluate the structural integrity, the pathological changes of the structure and function of brain tissue and determination of nerve fibers’ shape in living body to explore the extent of changes of brain micro-structure and the study of functional areas under the long –term altitude hypoxia environment. That has important guiding significance for revealing the impact of altitude hypoxia environment on physiological and pathological conditions of human brain structure and function.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

a.长期生活在海拔2500米以上的高原世居者或移居者
b.血红蛋白增高(女性Hb≥19g/dl;男性Hb≥21g/dl)

Inclusion criteria

1. Natives or migrants long-time living at above the altitude of 2500 meters;
2. Hemoglobin increased (female Hb >=19g/dl; men Hb >=21g/dl).

排除标准:

a.病人如有下列慢性肺病:肺气肿、支气管炎、支气管扩张、肺泡纤维变性、肺癌等症应予排除;
b.慢性呼吸功能紊乱者或某些慢性病变而引起的低氧血症,并导致继发性红细胞增多者不应诊断为慢性高原病;

c. 居住在海拔低于2500米地区的人群。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients who have suffering the following chronic lung diseases: pulmonary emphysema, bronchitis, bronchiectasis, alveolar fibrosis, lung cancer and so on, should be excluded;
2. Chronic respiratory disorders or other chronic changes caused hypoxemia, and cause secondary polycythemia should not be diagnosed as chronic mountain sickness;
3. People who living at altitude less than 2500m regions.
