研究目的：

评价前哨淋巴结活检技术预测早期宫颈癌盆腔淋巴结转移状态的安全性和准确性，探讨宫颈癌盆腔淋巴转移规律，为早期宫颈癌个体化治疗提供理论已经。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to study the patterns of lymphatic spread to pelvic lymph nodes and analyze the clinical significance of sentinel lymph node technique for assessing the nodal status in early-stage cervical cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.ⅠA2 to ⅡA的早期宫颈癌患者。
2. 签署知情同意书，同意参加临床试验。
3. 拟行盆腔淋巴清扫术。

Inclusion criteria

1. early-stage cervical cancer (FIGO stage IA2 to IIA);
2. All women who participated in the study provided written informed consent;
3. Patients are going to receive systematic pelvic lymphadenectomy.

排除标准：

1.影像学检查发现淋巴结转移。
2.子宫次全切除史。
3.核素或亚甲蓝等示踪剂过敏史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. lymph node metastasis detected by CT;
2. medical history of subtotal hysterectomy;
3. allergic history of 99mTechnetium-labeled sulfur colloid or Methylthioninium chloride.
