研究目的：

本课题拟通过临床试验研究，评估CQ01疤贴胶缓解增生性瘢痕引起的瘙痒症的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

to evaluate the clinical effect of CQ01 gel to relieve scar itching after burn injury.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）入选病人以自愿为原则，并签署“知情同意书”；
2）烧伤创面愈合后一年内的增生性瘢痕，且伴有中重度瘙痒（瘙痒评分为大于等于40）患者；
3）在身体不同部位有三处以上合并中重度瘙痒的增生性疤痕，且易于分别作为试验区及自身对照区的患者；
4）年龄在16—65周岁，性别不限。

Inclusion criteria

1. patient takes part in the test voluntarily and signs the informed consent statement;
2. one year after burn wound healing of hypertrophic scars, and accompanying with severe itching (pruritus score greater than or equal to 40);
3. The patient has scars on three or more locations, which can be self-paired controlled;
4. age between 16 to 65 years old, no matter of gender;

排除标准：

1） 不同意参加本试验研究的患者；
2） 有皮肤过敏、湿疹、细菌感染、真菌感染等皮肤病患者；
3） 因各种原因不能准确表述瘙痒程度的患者；
4） 有精神或神经病患者；
5） 已怀孕或哺乳期患者；
6） 有明确恶性肿瘤、艾滋病、糖尿病、自身免疫性疾等慢性疾病的患者；
7） 有急慢性肝肾疾病者；
8） 依从性差，难以完成试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. patient who does not will to join the test;
2. Have skin allergies, eczema, bacterial or/and fungal infections, and other skin diseases;
3. For various reasons, patient can not represent accurately the degree of pruritus;
4. patient with mental or neurological disease;
5. woman in pregnancy or lactation;
6. Patient with confirmed malignant tumor, AIDS, diabetes,autoimmune and other chonic disease;
7. Patient with chronic hepatic or renal disease;
8. patient can not complete the test for any reasons.
