研究目的：

评价祛腐化瘀补虚生肌外治法治疗慢性下肢溃疡的临床疗效及安全性，形成可供推广应用、中医外治法治疗慢性下肢溃疡的规范化方案，建立体现中医治疗特点和优势的临床疗效评价体系。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of qu-fu hua-yu and bu-xu sheng-ji therapy for chronic ulcer of lower extremities; to standardize external therapy of TCM for chronic ulcer of lower extremities; and to establish the clinical assessment system for TCM.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

益气活血生肌中药 生黄芪30g、当归15 g、丹参30g、红花15g、乳香15g、没药15g、儿茶18g、桂枝15g、玄明粉45g、黄连15g、制大黄15g 贝复剂 重组牛碱性成纤维细 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合西医诊断标准者2.符合中医诊断标准者3.年龄≥18周岁且≤85周岁，男女不限4.膝关节下方下肢溃疡创面面积≥2㎝2且<25㎝2者5.如合并糖尿病，血糖控制稳定（<10.9mmol/L）6.知情同意，签署知情同意书，并自愿受试。
（注：1.西医诊断标准：下肢溃疡1个月以上未愈合者。2.中医诊断标准：下肢局部见一溃疡，大小不等，多表浅，疮面肉色灰白、淡红或紫暗，表面或附有黄色脓苔，疮口凹陷，边缘形如缸口，脓水清稀，呈灰黑或带绿色，带腥味。溃疡周围可伴有湿疮、静脉曲张、色素沉着。疮口难愈，愈后易溃，反复发作。）

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosis is based on diagnostic criteria of Western Medicine;2. Diagnosis is based on diagnostic criteria of Chinese Medicine;3. Males and females, aged between 18 and 85 years old;4. Surface area of ulcer between 2cm2 and 25cm2; below the knee joint level;5. Blood glucose<10.9mmol/L for diabetic patients;6. Sign the informed consent forms.

排除标准：

1.不符合诊断标准和纳入标准者；2.合并有心血管、脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病,精神病患者，肿瘤或艾滋病患者；①血肌酐、血尿素氮＞正常值上限1.5倍；②ALT ＞正常值上限；③有临床意义的心律失常3.妊娠或哺乳期妇女,过敏体质者；4.合并严重感染，病情危重者；5.合并糖尿病，血糖控制不稳定（≥10.9mmol/L）者；6.合并神经营养障碍者；7.动脉疾病性溃疡、癌性溃疡或结核性溃疡、放射性溃疡、褥疮、麻风性溃疡、梅毒性溃疡；8.溃疡并见肌腱、骨骼暴露者；9.膝关节上方下肢溃疡，或膝关节下方下肢溃疡疮面面积≥25cm2，或?2㎝2；10.符合纳入标准，但未按规定用药，无法判断疗效，或资料不全等影响疗效或安全性判断者；11.据研究者判断，具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其他病史，如工作环境经常变动，容易造成失访的情况；12.正在参加其他药物临床研究的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Comorbidities of diseases of cardiovascular system, cerebral vascular system, hematological systems, liver and kidney; comorbidities of psychotic disorders, tumor or AIDS;
2. Pregnant or breast-feeding females; allergic constitution;
3. Combined with severe infection;
4. Unstable blood control in diabetic patients;
5. Combined with neurological nutritional disturbance;
6. Ulcers caused by artery diseases, cancer, tuberculosis, radiation, decubitus, leprosis and syphilis;
7. Tendon and bone exposed;
8. With poor compliance; or with other conditions that might influence efficacy assessment;
9. With conditions that might influence the enrollment;
10. Participate in other clinical trials.
