研究目的：

观察甲氧氯普胺对腹腔镜胃肠道肿瘤切除患者预防术后恶心呕吐及促进术后恢复的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of metoclopramide on preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting and promoting postoperative recovery in patients with laparoscopic gastrointestinal tumor resection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①拟于全身麻醉术后接受术后静脉自控镇痛（PCIA）治疗的腹腔镜结直肠癌切除术、腹腔镜胃大部分切除术患者；
②无围术期神经阻滞；
③年龄18～69岁，BMI15～30kg/m2，ASA分级Ⅰ～Ⅱ级 ；能理解、签署知情同意书，并配合完成干预和评估。

Inclusion criteria

①Patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection and laparoscopic gastrectomy for patients undergoing postoperative patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) after general anesthesia;
②No perioperative nerve block;
③Age 18-69 Years old, BMI 15-30kg/m2, ASA classification I-II; able to understand and sign informed consent, and cooperate to complete intervention and evaluation.

排除标准：

①机械性肠梗阻；
②K+＜3.5 mmol·l?1；
③术前心电图检查示S-T段延长；
④确定/怀疑有酒精、阿片类药物或其他药物滥用史；
⑤术后入ICU 者；
⑥手术持续时间＞5h；
⑦在入选本研究前3个月内参与其他临床研究；
⑧依从性差，无法配合提供重要评估信息。

Exclusion criteria：

①Mechanical intestinal obstruction;
②K+＜3.5mmol·l-1;
③Preoperative ECG examination showed ST-segment prolongation;
④Confirmed/suspected to have a history of alcohol, opioid or other drug abuse;
⑤Postoperative admission to ICU;
⑥Surgery Duration>5h;
⑦Participate in other clinical studies within 3 months before being selected for this study;
⑧Poor compliance, unable to cooperate in providing important evaluation information.
