研究目的：

应用鼻用糖皮质激素治疗变应性鼻炎，观察其对上、下气道炎症的影响以及影响的相关性  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the efficacy of intronasal corticosteroids intervention to allergic rhinitis, and observe the influence on the inflammation of upper and lower airway.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

布地奈德鼻喷雾剂 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Budisonide nasal spray 

纳入标准：

1、18～65岁成人；2、性别不限；3、诊断为变应性鼻炎（中华医学会变应性鼻炎诊断和治疗指南2009）；4、既往无哮喘诊断及哮喘症状史（喘息、气急、胸闷、咳嗽）5、近6月内，未接受免疫及鼻部手术治疗；6、近1月内，未接受口服、吸入、注射激素治疗；7、近1月内，未发生呼吸道感染，无鼻腔解剖异常（鼻息肉、鼻中隔偏曲等）8、现阶段未使用茶碱类及白三烯拮抗剂治疗；9、无吸烟史或近1年内，吸烟＜7包/年10、受试者必须自愿参加此项研究及遵守研究规定，了解并配合相应的检查11、遵守用药剂量、随访计划

Inclusion criteria

1. adults age 18~65;
2. gender not limited;
3. the diagnosis of allergic rhinitis (the Chinese medical association, guide to diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis 2009);
4. no history of asthma symptoms (wheezing, short of breath, chest tightness, cough) or diagnosis of asthma;
5. no immune and nasal surgery treatment in recent six months;
6. no oral, suction, injected hormone therapy among recent one month;
7. in recent one month, no respiratory tract infection, no abnormal anatomy of the nasal cavity, nasal polyps, nasal septum deviation, etc.);
8. no using theophylline and leukotriene antagonists now;
9. there is no history of smoking or in one year, and smoking < 7 bags/year;
10. the subjects must voluntarily participate in the study, and comply with the requirements of the study, understand and comply with the corresponding examination;
11. comply with the drug dosage and follow-up plan.

排除标准：

1、伴COPD、间质性肺炎等明确的其他类型慢性呼吸系统疾病病史；2、合并其它系统（如心血管、代谢、免疫、神经、泌尿及血液等）严重疾患并影响本研究正常进行；3、体温超过37.5℃或血象异常（白细胞计数>10×109/L或<4×109/L）4、酗酒或麻醉药物滥用史，或具有精神病史、对抗性格、不良动机、多疑或其他情感或智力问题等可能影响参与此研究的知情有效性的情况5、妊娠期、哺乳期妇女；6、正在参加其他药物临床试验项目或不能配合相关检查或其他原因不能合作者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. with COPD, interstitial pneumonia, such as the other types of chronic respiratory system disease been diagnosed;
2. concomitant other system serious disease (e.g., cardiovascular, metabolism, immunity, neural, urinary and blood, etc.);
3. temperature more than 37.5 degree C, or abnormal blood sample (white blood cell count >10*10^9/L or <4*10^9/L);
4. history of drug abuse, alcohol abuse or anesthesia or with a history of mental illness and against personality, motivation, suspicious, or other emotional or mental issues that may affect participation in the study of knowledge effectiveness;
5. pregnancy, lactation women;
6. participating in clinical trial projects or other drugs in process, can't cooperate with related inspection or for other reasons can't collaborators.
