探讨硬膜外分娩镇痛对产妇分娩结局的影响及相关因素分析。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of epidural labor analgesia on delivery outcomes and to analyze the related risk factors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准：ASA分级Ⅰ～Ⅱ、年龄20～34周岁、体重60～85kg、孕周38～41周，单胎头位初产妇，产妇自愿同意、有阴道试产意愿、并且临产前经过产科高级医师评估可进行阴道试产者。

Inclusion criteria

ASA II; Aged 20 to 34 years; weight 60-85kg; Singleton pregnancy; nulliparous women; Gestational age 38-41 weeks; Willing and able to provide consent.

排除标准：

排除标准：瘢痕子宫、有严重产科合并症（重度子痫前期、HELLP综合征、前置胎盘等）、有椎管内麻醉禁忌症、有神经或精神类疾病病史、以及预估新生儿体重≥4000g等。

Exclusion criteria：

Scarred uterus; obstetric complications,including hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, HELLP, antepartum haemorrhage; History of neuropsychiatric diseases; Contraindications of spinal anesthesia; Estimated neonatal weight >=4000g.
