研究目的：

评估健康成人食用高脂混合膳（含菊花粉）后不同时间的脂代谢以及抗氧化水平变化，探讨菊花对人体脂代谢以及抗氧化水平的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the changes of lipid metabolism and antioxidant levels in healthy adults after eating a high-fat mixed diet (containing Chrysanthemum powder) at different time, and to explore the effects of Chrysanthemum on lipid metabolism and antioxidant levels in human body

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) BMI介于18.5-23.9之间的健康人，且空腹甘油三酯（Triglyceride，TG）<1.70 mmol/L，总胆固醇（Total cholesterol，TC）<5.72 mmol/L，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（high density lipoprotein cholesterol，HDL-C）>0.91 mmol/L、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（low density lipoprotein cholesterol，LDL-C）<3.6 mmol/L；2)无其他严重的代谢或慢性疾病的人群。

Inclusion criteria

1) Healthy people with a BMI between 18.5 and 23.9, cholesterol in the form of fasting Triglyceride (TG) <1.70 mmol/L, Total cholesterol (TC) <5.72 mmol/L, and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL) <1.70 mmol/L.Cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) <3.6 mmol/L;2) People without other serious metabolic or chronic diseases.

排除标准：

1）患有糖尿病、高血压等慢性疾病；2）患有胃肠疾病的人群；3）有严重抽烟酗酒者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) suffer from chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension;2) people suffering from gastrointestinal diseases;3) People who smoke and drink heavily.
