研究目的：

整合运用非靶向及靶向代谢组学、肠道微生物组学、生物信息学等方法及技术手段，系统研究糖尿病周围神经病变、糖尿病肾病、糖尿病足病等常见并发症相关的肠道菌群变化、代谢物变化，及其二者之间的内在联系和规律，揭示其生物学特征，确定早期疾病发展的关键标志物，探讨其发病机制。  

Objectives of Study：

By integrating non targeted and targeted metabonomics, intestinal microbiomics, bioinformatics and other methods and technical means, the changes of intestinal flora and metabolites related to common complications such as diabetic peripheral neuropathy, diabetic nephropathy and diabetic foot disease, as well as the internal relations and laws between them, are systematically studied to reveal their biological characteristics and determine the early disease development To explore the pathogenesis of the disease.

纳入标准：

患者纳入标准:（1）受试者自愿加入本临床实验并签署了书面知情同意书；（2）受试者能够理解口头和/或书面说明，并遵守所有实验要求；（3）受试者为18-70岁的男性或女性；（4）符合糖尿病及并发症（糖尿病肾病、糖尿病周围神经病变、糖尿病足病等）的临床表现和诊断标准。 健康志愿者纳入标准:（1）受试者自愿加入本临床实验并签署了书面知情同意书；（2）受试者能够理解口头和/或书面说明，并遵守所有实验要求；（3）受试者为18-70岁的男性或女性；（4）无糖尿病病史的健康人群。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) the subjects voluntarily participate in the clinical trial and signe the written informed consent; (2) the subjects can understand the oral and / or written instructions and comply with all experimental requirements; (3) the subjects are male or female aged 18-70 years old; (4) they meet the clinical manifestations of diabetes and complications (diabetic nephropathy, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, diabetic foot disease, etc.) Performance and diagnostic criteria. Inclusion criteria of healthy volunteers: (1) subjects voluntarily participate in the clinical trial and signe written informed consent; (2) subjects can understand oral and / or written instructions and comply with all experimental requirements; (3) subjects are male or female aged 18-70 years old; (4) healthy people without diabetes history.

排除标准：

（1）不符合纳入标准；（2）患有恶性肿瘤，自身免疫性疾病，传染病，肾功能不全，在过去一年中进行了胃肠外科手术的患者；（3）近1月内有糖尿病酮症酸中毒等急性代谢紊乱者；（4）妊娠期、哺乳期妇女；（5）近1个月合并严重感染者；（6）有酗酒或有吸毒史者；（7）正在接受激素或化疗治疗，1个月内使用过抗生素的患者；（8）神志不清、痴呆、各种精神病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) They do not meet the inclusion criteria; (2) patients with malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases and renal insufficiency who underwent gastrointestinal surgery in the past year; (3) patients with acute metabolic disorders such as diabetic ketoacidosis in the past month; (4) pregnant and lactating women; (5) patients with severe infection in the past month; (6) alcoholism or drug abuse; (7) patients who are receiving hormone or chemotherapy and have used antibiotics within one month; (8) patients with unconsciousness, dementia and various mental diseases.
