研究目的：

探讨联合应用肌电生物反馈治疗仪进行康复治疗在改善早期脑梗死偏瘫患者手腕痉挛方面的意义。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the significance of rehabilitation therapy combined with electromyogram biofeedback therapy instrument in improving wrist spasticity of hemiplegic patients with early cerebral infarction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合《中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南2014》；首次脑梗死导致一侧上肢瘫痪伴有屈腕痉挛状态；病程≤1个月，病情稳定。

Inclusion criteria

According to the Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke 2014; the first cerebral infarction resulted in unilateral upper limb paralysis with wrist flexion spasm; the course of disease was less than 1 month, and the condition was stable.

排除标准：

病情不稳定；合并其他神经系统疾病或肝肾功能不全、充血性心力衰竭、恶性肿瘤者；有明显认知功能障碍或严重感觉功能障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with unstable condition, complicated with other nervous system diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency, congestive heart failure and malignant tumor, and patients with obvious cognitive dysfunction or severe sensory dysfunction.
