研究目的：

本研究拟在前期发现过敏性紫癜患儿存在肠道粘膜屏障功能损伤的研究基础上，对腹型过敏性紫癜患儿采用随机对照研究设计，评价思密达对过敏性紫癜肠粘膜屏障功能损伤的临床疗效，探索对过敏性紫癜和其他肠粘膜损伤疾病的新的治疗手段。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the clinical efficacy of Smecta on gut barrier dysfunction of patients with Henoch-Schonlein purpur explore the new treatment of allergic purpura other Intestinal mucol injury Disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

蒙脱石 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Montmorillonite 

纳入标准：

1.有腹部症状的过敏性紫癜患儿
2.年龄<18岁
3.监护人同意标本收取，病签署知情同意书者

Inclusion criteria

1. Children with abdominal symptoms were diagnosed as HSP;
2. Aged <18 years;
3. The guardian agree with the specimen collection and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.两周内使用过思密达及同类药物者
2.消化道出血导致休克者
3.不愿意参加本研究者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children who used smecta or similar drugs within two weeks were excluded;
2. Children who suffered gastrointestinal bleeding or shock excluded;
3. Patient who do not want to participate in this study were excluded.
