研究目的：

通过检测血管闭塞和血管不完全闭塞的AMI患者循环mir-21-5p和mir-126的表达水平，并寻找miRNAs、CK-MB和cTNI之间的联系，以研究鉴定AMI及其可能的临床类型的敏感性和可靠的生物标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

Our team detected the expression levels of circulating miR-21-5p and miR-126 in AMI patients with vascular occlusion and vascular incomplete occlusion and looked for the connection between miRNAs, CK-MB and cTnI in order to investigate sensitivity and reliable biomarkers for identifying AMI and its possible clinical type.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

采用定量实时PCR方法分别检测50例健康受试者，51例血管闭塞性AMI患者和49例血管不完全闭塞性AMI患者血清mir-21-5p和mir-126表达水平。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Serum expression levels of miR-21-5p and miR-126 were examined in 50 healthy subjects, 51 vascular occlusion AMI patients and 49 vascular incomplete occlusion AMI patients separately by quantitative real-time PCR.  

纳入标准：

持续胸痛≥30min；显著ST段抬高(分别在≥2个相邻肢体或胸前导联≥0.1mV或0.2mV，或新发左束支传导阻滞)；12小时内发作的胸痛；12小时以上开始胸痛，伴血流动力学不稳定和低血容量休克。

Inclusion criteria

persistent chest pain of ≥30 min; significant ST segment elevation (≥0.1 mV or ≥0.2 mV on ≥2 adjacent limb or precordial leads, respectively, or new left bundle-branch block) ; onset of chest pain within 12 h; onset of chest pain more than 12 h accompanied by hemodynamic instability and hypovolemic shock.

排除标准：

STEMI溶栓治疗；瓣膜性心脏病；心肌炎；心肌病；严重心力衰竭；严重肝肾功能不全；血液系统疾病；恶性肿瘤；胃切除术；急慢性传染病；自身免疫性疾病；支气管哮喘；钙代谢异常；甲状腺或肾上腺功能障碍；病史手术和创伤。

Exclusion criteria：

thrombolytic therapy for STEMI; valvular heart disease; myocarditis; cardiomyopathy; severe heart failure; severe liver and kidney dysfunction; hematological system diseases; malignant tumors; gastrectomy; acute and chronic infectious diseases; autoimmune diseases; bronchus asthma; abnormal calcium metabolism; thyroid or adrenal dysfunction; history surgery and trauma.

体重指数(BMI)，收缩压(SBP)，舒张压(DBP)，甘油三酯(TG)，总胆固醇(TC)，低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)，血糖，肌酐，NT-proBNP，左室射血分数，血清cTnI、CK-MB，血清mir-21-5p、mir-126。

Index test:

body mass index (BMI), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), blood glucose, creatinine, NT-proBNP, left ventricular ejection fraction, serum cTnI and CK-MB, Serum mir-21-5p and mir-126.
