研究目的：

通过临床代谢组学分析CHD患者和RA患者与健康人间的代谢物差异，找寻CHD和RA共病的共有标志物。通过对共有标志物进行深层次分析，探究CHD和RA的共有发病机制，揭示关键标志物的生物学功能，为临床对疾病的早期防控和合理用药提供实验数据。  

Objectives of Study：

The metabolite differences between CHD patients and RA patients and healthy people were analyzed by clinical metabolomics to find common markers of CHD and RA comorbidity.Through in-depth analysis of common markers, the common pathogenesis of CHD and RA was explored, and the biological functions of key markers were revealed to provide experimental data for early prevention and control of diseases and rational drug use.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

类风湿性关节炎组纳入标准为：1）在本院就诊并获得明确诊断的患者；2）所有检查项目、体征完善；3）身体状况良好，未合并心、肝、肾等系统疾病；4）年龄35-65之间；5）无代谢性疾病。冠心病组纳入标准为：1）在本院就诊并获得明确诊断的患者；2）所有检查项目、体征完善；3）身体状况良好，无代谢性疾病；4）年龄35-65之间；5）无自身免疫疾病。

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria of the rheumatoid arthritis group were as follows:
1) patients who were treated in our hospital and obtained a definite diagnosis;
2) all examination items and signs were perfect;
3) they were in good health and did not have heart, liver, kidney and other systemic diseases;
4) they were between 35 and 65 years old; and
5) no metabolic diseases.
The inclusion criteria of coronary heart disease group were:
1) patients who were treated in our hospital and obtained a definite diagnosis;
2) all examination items and signs were perfect;
3) in good health without metabolic diseases;
4) between 35-65 years of age; and 5) no autoimmune diseases.

排除标准：

类风湿性关节炎患者排除标准
1) 关节严重畸形者；
2) 合并其他风湿疾病如系统性红斑狼疮、干燥综合征及膝骨关节炎者；
3) 合并有心、脑、肝、肾等其他系统的代谢性疾病患者；
4) 研究前服用过治疗RA的药物。
冠心病患者排除标准
1) 持续性心房纤颤、扩张性心肌病、心功能不全患者；
2) 严重电解质紊乱、恶性肿瘤、严重瓣膜病患者；
3) 自身免疫性疾病患者；
4) 伴有其他器质性病变或其他代谢性疾病的患者；
5) 研究前服用过CHD改善药物。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for patients with rheumatoid arthritis
1) Patients with severe joint deformity;
2) patients with other rheumatic diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren's syndrome and knee osteoarthritis;
3) patients with metabolic diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney and other systems;
4) patients who had taken drugs to treat RA before the study.
Exclusion criteria for patients with coronary heart disease
1) Patients with persistent atrial fibrillation, dilated cardiomyopathy, cardiac insufficiency;
2) patients with severe electrolyte disorders, malignant tumors, severe valvular disease;
3) patients with autoimmune diseases;
4) patients with other organic lesions or other metabolic diseases;
5) patients who had taken CHD improvement drugs before the study.
