研究目的：

通过白内障超声乳化吸除联合散光晶体植入术提高裸眼视力，减少残余散光，有效提升脱镜率；并对该术式进行规范化管理，建立相应的质控体系。  

Objectives of Study：

Through phacoemulsification and toric IOL implantation, the visual acuity of naked eyes was improved, the residual astigmatism was reduced, and the removal rate was effectively improved, and the corresponding quality control system was established.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 50-80岁待行白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术，性别不限；
② 经IOL master或角膜地形图测得散光数值大于1.0D，小于4.0D；
③ 角膜地形图观察散光形态为规则性散光

Inclusion criteria

The astigmatism value was more than 1.0 D, less than 4.0 by IOL master or corneal topography D and the astigmatism was regular astigmatism by corneal topography

排除标准：

① 年龄小于50或大于80岁
② 角膜变性、角膜营养不良等影响视轴区观察的角膜疾病
③ 角膜不规则散光者
④ 曾患葡萄膜炎等影响瞳孔散大疾病
⑤ 瞳孔无法散大至6mm以上者
⑥ 既往青光眼或瞳孔疾病影响瞳孔括约肌功能疾病

Exclusion criteria：

Corneal diseases Corneal irregular astigmatism 3 Corneal irregular astigmatism Uveitis and other diseases affecting pupil dilation Pupil unable to dilate to 6 mm and above Glaucoma or pupillary diseases affecting pupil sphincter function
