研究目的：

通过对照试验验证：增加simK2轴向交联照射能量达到减小圆锥角膜患者散光。  

Objectives of Study：

It is verified by a controlled experiment that increasing the simK2 axial cross-linking irradiation energy can reduce astigmatism in patients with keratoconus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

选取我院就诊的确诊为圆锥角膜且施行经上皮CXL的患者。
患者均处于原发性圆锥角膜进展期，角膜中央无明显瘢痕形成；
无其他影响视力的眼部疾病；
患者愿意并能够坚持随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with keratoconus diagnosed in our hospital and treated with epithelial CXL.
2. All patients were in the progressive stage of primary keratoconus, and there was no obvious scar formation in the center of cornea;
3. Those patients who have no other eye diseases affecting vision;
4. Patients who are willing and able to follow up.

排除标准：

存在急性眼部感染或其他眼部活动性疾病；
治疗前硬性角膜接触镜停戴时间≤4周，软性角膜接触镜停戴时间≤2周；
治疗过程中药物过敏者；
合并糖尿病、高血压、心血管疾病等全身性疾病；
处于怀孕或哺乳期或准备怀孕的女性；
无法理解或配合此项研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects with acute eye infection or other active eye diseases;
2. For those who stopped wearing hard contact lenses for less than 4 weeks before treatment, soft contact lenses stopped wearing for less than 2 weeks;
3. Subjects with drug allergy during treatment;
4. Patients with diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease and other systemic diseases;
5. Women who are pregnant or lactating or are about to get pregnant;
6. Patients who cannot understand or cooperate with this study.
