Objectives of Study：

To verify the efficacy and safety of the disposable tubular retractor for brain surgery manufactured by Jiangsu Healthy life Innovation Medical Technology Co., Ltd.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）患者年龄18-80岁（包含18岁和80岁），性别不限；
（2）经影像学检查（CT或MRI）诊断为需进行开颅手术的高血压脑出血、脑肿瘤等各种脑手术患者；
（3）患者自愿接受本项研究或患者监护人同意接受本项研究，并已签署受试者知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

（1）18 years≤ Aged≤80 years,males or females
（2）Brain surgery patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, brain tumor and so on who are diagnosed by imaging examination (CT or MRI)
（3）Patients or guardians agree to participate the trial and sign informed consent form

排除标准：

（1）脑疝晚期患者；
（2）颅内动脉瘤、脑动静脉畸形患者；
（3）颅脑外伤导致术前心脏骤停者，或重度颅脑损伤导致双侧瞳孔散大及生命体征不平稳者；
（4）手术区域有炎症者；
（5）已知材料过敏（聚碳酸酯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、环烯烃聚合物和304不锈钢）的患者；
（6）哺乳期妇女及孕妇患者；
（7）患者签署知情同意书前3个月内曾参加过其他药物或器械临床研究（登记性研究除外）；
（8）经研究者判定不适合入组的其他情况

Exclusion criteria：

（1）Patients with late stage of cerebral hernia
（2）Patients with aneurysm or cerebral arteriovenous malformation
（3）Patients with cardiac arrest caused by craniocerebral trauma, or patients with bilateral mydriasis and unstable vital signs caused by severe craniocerebral trauma
（4）Patients with inflammation in the operation area
（5）Patients allergic to known materials (polycarbonate, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer, cycloolefin polymer and 304 stainless steel)
（6）Lactating women and pregnant women
（7）Patient had participated in clinical studies of other drugs or devices within 3 months before signing the informed consent (excluding registered Studies)
（8）Patient who is judged ineligible by the investigator
