研究目的：

本课题将在肿瘤常规治疗基础上,通过接受式音乐治疗和集体音乐治疗、临床心灵关怀辅导,对肿瘤患者进行心理应激干预,改善焦虑抑郁情绪,促进临床疗效,提高生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

The topic will be on the basis of conventional therapy in cancer, through receptive music therapy and group music therapy, clinical spiritual care counseling for cancer patients with psychological stress interventions to improve anxiety and depression, and promote clinical efficacy, improved quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18～69 岁；意识清楚；无专业音乐背景；经焦虑自评量表评或经抑郁自评量表评估有抑郁状、焦虑状态的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Ages 18 to 69 years old;
Conscious;
There is no professional music background;
Approved by anxiety self-assessment scale ratings or the depression self rating scale for assessment of depression and anxiety state of patients.

排除标准：

任何已知精神疾病或记忆功能障碍；有专业音乐背景的患者；具有强烈的自杀意念，曾经发生自杀行为的患者；具有听觉功能障碍的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Any known mental illness or memory dysfunction;
Patients with professional background music;
Has strong suicidal ideation, happened to suicide behavior of patients;
Of patients with auditory dysfunction.
