通过TMT标记定量蛋白质组学技术，观察儿童脑死亡相关的血清蛋白质标志物，探讨其发生机制和特异性标志物，为尽早启动脑死亡判定程序提供理论依据，推动脑死亡器官捐献，促进器官移植事业的发展。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective To observe the serum protein markers related to brain death in children by TMT labeling quantitative proteomics technology, and to explore its mechanism and specific markers, so as to provide theoretical basis for early starting brain death determination process, promote brain death organ donation and promote the development of organ transplantation.

符合脑死亡判定标准儿童以及健康儿童

Inclusion criteria

Children who meet criteria for brain death;Healthy children

排除标准：

正参加其他临床试验的患者；研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床检验者。
