研究目的：

评价中医辩证分型治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate that patients with chronic atrophic gastritis will benefit from TCM treatment according to syndrome differentiation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

① 脾胃虚弱型：加减香砂六君子免煎颗粒（黄芪、党参、白术、茯苓、半夏、陈皮、木香、砂仁、白芍、甘草）。 ② 气虚热瘀型：仁术健胃免煎颗粒（黄芪、白术、薏苡仁、黄芩、莪术、仙鹤草、半枝莲）。 ③ 肝胃不和型：加减柴胡疏肝免煎颗粒（柴胡、黄芪、白芍、香附、合欢皮、百合）。 ④ 胃阴不足型：加减一贯煎免煎颗粒（沙参、麦冬、生地、白芍、香附、川楝子、石斛、百合）。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

1. Spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome: Modified Xiangsha liujunzi Single Herbal Concentrate-granules(astragalus, lanceolata, Atractylodes, poria cocos, pinellia ternate, tangerine peel, Radix Aucklandiae, villous amomum fruit, White Peony Root, glycyrrhiza); 2. Qi deficiency and heat-stasis syndrome: Renzhu jianwei Single Herbal Concentrate-granules(astragalus, Atractylodes, coix seed, Scutellaria, zedoary turmeric, agrimony, barbed skullcap); 3. Incoordination between the liver and stomach syndrome: Modified Chaihushugan Single Herbal Concentrate-granules(Bupleurum, astragalus, White Peony Root, Cyperus Rotundus L, Albizzia julibrissin, lilium); 4. Deficiency of stomach Yin syndrome: Modified Yiguanjian Single Herbal Concentrate-granules (Radix Adenophorea, liriope, Radix Rehmanniae, White Peony Root, Cyperus Rotundus L., Fructus Toosendan, Dendrobium, lilium). 

纳入标准：

⑴ 符合慢性萎缩性胃炎中西医诊断标准; ⑵年龄在 18 ～ 65 岁之间; ⑶ 一周内未服用相关治疗药物; ⑷ 知情同意，志愿受试。

Inclusion criteria

1. chronic atrophic gastritis confirmed via endoscopy and biopsy within one month prior to the trial;
2. age of 18-65 years;
3.not taking related medication within a week;
4. voluntarily signed informed consent.

排除标准：

⑴ 合并有消化性溃疡，胃粘膜有重度异型增生或病理诊断疑有恶变者; ⑵ 年龄在 18 岁以下或 65 岁以上者; ⑶ 有严重的原发性心、肝、肾、肺、血液系统疾病，精神病患者; ⑷ 妊娠或准备妊娠妇女，哺乳期妇女; (5) 过敏体质和对多种药物过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. severe hyperplasia of the stomach mucosa or malignant pathological changes;
2. age below 18 or above 65 years old;
3. severe primary diseases of heart, liver, kidney and blood systems, and psychosis;
4. Pregnancy or prepare pregnant women, or lactation;
5. allergic constitution or allergy to experiment drugs.
