研究目的：

1. 主要目的： 测定不同类型的miRNA（microRNA-134、microRNA-27a/b、microRNA-28-3p、 microRNA-1233、microRNA-221、microRNA-514a-5P）在急性PE中的升高程度。联合临床D-二聚体、超声心动图及下肢血管超声等检测指标，探讨其是否可提高诊断急性肺栓塞的准确性。 2. 次要目的：探究不同种microRNA在诊断急性肺栓塞中的准确性，并对其临床应用价值进行比较分析。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main purpose: to determine the elevation of different types of miRNA (microrna-134, microrna-27a / B, microrna-28-3p, microrna-1233, microrna-221, microrna-514a-5p) in acute PE. Combined with clinical D-dimer, echocardiography and lower extremity vascular ultrasound, to explore whether it can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of acute pulmonary embolism. 2. Secondary purpose: To explore the accuracy of different kinds of microRNA in the diagnosis of acute pulmonary embolism, and to compare and analyze its clinical application value.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

急性肺栓塞组入组标准：符合 2018年中华医学会呼吸病学分会《肺血栓栓塞症的诊断与治疗指南（草 案）》，完成常规检查及 CT 肺动脉造影、V/Q显像明确诊断。
健康对照组入组标准：完成常规检查，没有糖尿病、慢性支气管炎等慢性病病史，没有严重心肺疾病、肿瘤等病史。

Inclusion criteria

1. Criteria for acute pulmonary embolism: in accordance with the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary thromboembolism (Draft) issued by the Respiratory Society of Chinese Medical Association in 2018, complete routine examination, CT pulmonary angiography and V / Q imaging to make a definite diagnosis.
2. Inclusion criteria of healthy control group: complete routine examination, no history of diabetes, chronic bronchitis and other chronic diseases, no history of serious cardiopulmonary disease, tumor and other diseases.

排除标准：

排除重症感染、急性冠脉综合征、心力衰竭、风湿性心脏病、恶性肿瘤、脑血管病、纤溶禁忌症、已知出血异常、其他重大疾病、精神异常不能配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with severe infection, acute coronary syndrome, heart failure, rheumatic heart disease, malignant tumor, cerebrovascular disease, contraindications to fibrinolysis, known abnormal bleeding, other major diseases and mental disorders were excluded.
