研究目的：

对比不同饮水量的胃部充盈程度，探讨胃部充盈准备的标准。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the status quo of gastric filling preparation in patients with abdominal CT examination; Compare the filling degree of the stomach with different drinking amount and discuss the standard of the filling preparation of the stomach.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.遵循知情同意原则，自愿参加本研究；2.既往无碘对比剂不良反应；3.增强CT检查中行胃部检查的患者；4.年龄≥18岁；5.意识清楚、沟通交流无障碍可配合；6.未行胃部手术。

Inclusion criteria

1. Follow the principle of informed consent and participate in this study voluntarily;2. No previous adverse reactions of iodine contrast agent;3. Patients undergoing gastric examination during enhanced CT examination;4. Age ≥18 years;5. Clear awareness, barrier-free communication and coordination;6. No stomach surgery.

排除标准：

1.因疾病原因禁饮禁食者；2.肾小球滤过率<30ml/min；3.怀孕期及哺乳期妇女；4.心功能不全的患者（心功能Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ，NYHA）；5.甲状腺功能亢进的患者；6.未控制的过敏性哮喘患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People who abstain from drinking and fasting due to diseases;2. Glomerular filtration rate <30ml/min;3. Pregnant and lactating women;4. Patients with cardiac insufficiency (cardiac function Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, NYHA);5. Patients with hyperthyroidism;6. Uncontrolled allergic asthma.
