Objectives of Study：

To determine the efficacy and potential underlying psychosocial mechanisms of mindfulness-based stress reduction on psychological distress in lung cancer patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①经病理学确诊为肺癌（包括小细胞肺癌和非小细胞肺癌）；②年满18周岁；③明确自身病情和癌症诊断；④具有一定的理解和语言表达能力并同意参加本研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1) diagnosed with stage I through Ⅳ lung cancer; 2) aged ≥18 years; 3) known their diagnosis; and 4) able to read, write, and speak Chinese.

排除标准：

①共患其他肿瘤或精神疾病；②有自杀史；合并有其它严重威胁生命的疾病；③三月内参加了其他身心干预类研究;④有正念干预经验。

Exclusion criteria：

1) a concurrent diagnosis of other tumor types or psychiatric disorders, 2) a history of suicide attempts, 3) participation in any other psychosocial interventions within 3 months before enrollment, and 4) prior experience with MBIs
