Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of risk factors related to vascular disease of type 2 diabetes in Yunnan.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

所有患者均符合1999年WHO制订的T2DM诊断标准。

Inclusion criteria

All patients meet the diagnostic criteria for T2DM set by the WHO in 1999.

排除标准：

1. 年龄≤18岁；
2. 糖尿病急性并发症（包括糖尿病酮症酸中毒，糖尿病高渗状态）；
3. 严重的心脑血管疾病（包括心衰，急性心肌梗死，心绞痛，急性脑梗死，脑出血等）；
4. 恶性肿瘤；
5. 严重肝功能不全；
6. 妊娠；
7. 各种急慢性感染性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Aged <= 18 years;
2. Acute complications of diabetes (including diabetic ketoacidosis, diabetic hypertonic state);
3. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (including heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, acute cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, etc.);
4. Malignant tumor;
5. Severe liver insufficiency;
6. Pregnancy;
7. Various acute and chronic infectious diseases.
