研究目的：

评价中药散剂快速缓解慢性胃炎胃痛胃胀急性发作的有效性与安全性  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the efficacy and safety of Chinese medicine powder in reliving patients with chronic gastritis from gastralgia and gastrectasia acute attacking

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

⑴符合慢性胃炎（慢性浅表性胃炎与慢性萎缩性胃炎）诊断标准；
⑵年龄在18-70岁之间；
⑶近1月内胃痛（或伴有胃胀）症状呈发作性且平均发作次数在≥2天/周；
⑷患者知情同意并愿意接受相应治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria of chronic gastritis;
2. Age limited between 18 and 70 years old;
3. Times of gastralgia (or gastrectasia) attacking are more than 2 days in one week within recently a month;
4. Informed consent and will accept the corresponding treatment.

排除标准：

⑴慢性萎缩性胃炎伴重度异型增生、上消化道出血、消化性溃疡及胃肠道肿瘤者；
⑵有消化系统器质性病变(如慢性胰腺炎、肝硬化等)，或有影响消化道动力的全身疾病(例如:甲亢、糖尿病、慢性肾功能不全、精神和神经系统病变等)；
⑶伴有心肝肾等主要脏器严重病变者、造血系统疾病以及肿瘤等患者；（注意与心绞痛相鉴别。对心电图检查有明显异常者，须排除相关病变，谨慎入组。）
⑷1周内持续使用可能影响胃肠道功能药物(如H2RA、PPI、胃粘膜保护剂、抗酸制、胃肠动力药、抗胆碱能药物等，或具有类似作用的中药)者；
⑸孕妇及哺乳期妇女；
⑹有神经系统及精神疾病史；
⑺对所用药物有过敏史者；
⑻正在参加其他临床试验的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with severe hyperplasia, upper gastrointestinal bleeding, peptic ulcer and gastrointestinal tumors;
2. Patients with organic diseases of digestive system (such as chronic pancreatitis, liver cirrhosis, etc), or systemic diseases influencing gastrointestinal power (e.g. hyperthyroidism, diabetes, chronic renal insufficiency, mental and neurological, etc);
3. Patients accompany with serious lesion of heart, kidney, liver and other main organ, hematopoietic system diseases and tumor.(Notice to identify angina pectoris.);
4. Take drugs affecting the gastrointestinal function continuous within a week. (such as H2RA, PPI, gastric mucosal protective drugs, anti-acid drugs, gastrointestinal agent drugs and so on );
5. Pregnant or lactating females;
6. History of psychiatric or nervous system disease;
7. Patients allergic to the drugs;
8. Patients taking part in other clinical trials.
