Objectives of Study：

To explore the outcome of the combination laparoscopy and nephrolithotomy technique in the same session in patients with complex complete staghorn renal stones.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

适应证为：巨大的完全的鹿角形肾结石（几乎累及所有肾集合系统），基础状态差（Charlson Comorbidity Index高，合并糖尿病），尿培养阳性或术前全身炎症反应综合征。

Inclusion criteria

The indications were: patients with large complete staghorn renal stones (nearly involving all collecting system), poor performance status (higher Charlson Comorbidity Index and with diabetes mellitus), positive urine culture or systemic inflammatory response syndrome before surgery.

排除标准：

禁忌症为既往经腹腔手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

Contraindication were previous history of transperitoneal surgery.
