研究目的：

通过非随机对照实验评估常规随访和自主评估之间的效果差异，了解患者对自主评估的依从性。通过分析患者进行自我评估后的就医频率、营养补充剂服用时间、营养不良发生率等结果，了解自主营养筛查对患者自我营养管理的促进作用。  

Objectives of Study：

Nonrandomized controlled trials are used to evaluate the differences in outcomes between routine follow-up and autonomous assessment to understand patient compliance with the self-screening. By analyzing the frequency of patients' visits to the doctor after self-screening, the time of taking nutritional supplements, the incidence of malnutrition and other results, the promotion effect of self-nutrition screening on patients' self-nutrition management is understood.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄>18岁；
组织病理活检确诊为胃癌的患者；
能够阅读量表；
意识清楚，表达能力正常；
行胃切除术患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients over 18 years old;
2. Patients with gastric cancer confirmed by histopathological biopsy;
3. Patients who can read the scale;
4. The subjects with clear consciousness had normal expression ability;
5. Patients undergoing gastrectomy.

排除标准：

合并其他恶性肿瘤的患者；
经沟通拒绝参与本次研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other malignant tumors;
2. Patients who refused to participate in this study through communication.
