本研究目的旨在探索在脓毒症急性肾损伤的CBP干预时机  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to explore which stage of AKI may be the optimal timing of continuous renal replacement therapy

纳入标准：

所有病例均符合2001年国际脓毒症定义会议严重脓毒症诊断的标准和2005年急性肾损伤网络制定的AKI诊断标准

Inclusion criteria

all patients fit the definition of sepsis and AKI were according to 2001 SCCM/ESICM/ACCP/ATS/SIS international sepsis definitions conference and AKIN criteria in 2005

排除标准：

年龄小于12岁，大于70岁者；在入住ICU前已接受过CBP治疗的患者，或因非肾脏原因或慢性肾病而行CBP治疗；CBP运行时间小于12小时，ICU住院时间小于72小时，各种疾病的终末期

Exclusion criteria：

Patients were excluded if they were younger than 12 years or older than 70 years, had pre-admission CBP, or were treated with CBP for non-renal indications or chronic renal illness, CBP was delivered for less than 24h, ICU stay less than 72h or were terminally ill.
