Objectives of Study：

To explore and analyze clinical application of stickers for lesion marker

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

探查定位贴与记号笔对病灶定位准确性的研究。测量超声定位后定位贴下的病灶大小和记号笔下的病灶大小，与病理术后的病灶真实大小的对比。比较两种方式的敏感性、特异性、准确性、阳性和阴性预测值以及约登指数进行了评价。除此以外定位贴和记号笔的定位耗时、定位方式有效保留时间及患者舒适度也会进行比较。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The study is to compare the accuracy between stickers for lesion marker and marker pen. The sizes of lesion are recorded after stickers for lesion marker and marker pen separately. Their final true sizes are obtained by histological examination. The sensitivity, specificity,accuracy, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, and Youdens index of two methods are evaluated. In addition, the positioning time, the effective retention time and the patientsexperience are also made comparison. 

纳入标准：

需做手术切除病灶的临床触诊阴性的病人

Inclusion criteria

Patients need operation to excise unpalpable lesion.

排除标准：

触诊阳性的病人

Exclusion criteria：

Patients have palpable breast lesion.

Simple random sampling, patients are selected by a surgeon.The outpatients in the first week need operation and use sticker for lesion marker. The outpatients in the second week patients need operation and use marker pen for breast lesion location.
