研究目的：

针对凌晨入睡的2型糖尿病患者进行健康教育、行为干预，能够改善胰岛素抵抗，降低血糖水平  

Objectives of Study：

Diabetic education aimed at sleep disorders in Chinese Type 2 Diabetes will contribute to better Glucose control.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合1999年WHO糖尿病诊断标准， HbA1c在8%以上，凌晨入睡。

Inclusion criteria

T2DM (WHO,1999), who sleep on early morning, accessed by PSQI(sleep too late), HbA1c >8%

排除标准：

1型糖尿病；糖尿病急性并发症；严重慢性并发症，包括痛性周围神经病变、肝功能损害、肾功能损害、心血管疾病；曾经诊断睡眠障碍；具有精神疾病或服用任何精神类药物；近三个月倒夜班或近一个月倒时差；存在其他内分泌疾病，如甲状腺疾病或长期应用糖皮质激素；酗酒或嗜烟；年龄小于18岁；照顾幼儿者；怀孕或乳酸性酸中毒。

Exclusion criteria：

T1DM, Serious acute and chronic complications, including renal and liver failure, CVD,DPN;Diagnosed sleep disorders; Mental disease, or use any psychotropic medicine;
Night shiftwork in last 3 months or jet lag within 1 month;
Other endocrinological diseases, such as thyroid disease;
Alchoholism or additative smoking history;
Younger than 18 yrs;
Parents with little kids;
Pregnancy or lactation.
