探究正念认知疗法（MBCT）对老人院痴呆患者的精神行为症状（BPSD）疗效  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the effect of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) on behavioral and psychological symptoms of demential

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a）简易精神状态检查评分10≤MMSE≤25且神经精神量表（NPI-12）提示存在精神行为症状；
b）能进行正常交流，具备练习的能力；
c）患者签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

a) 10≤MMSE≤25 and the NPI-12 indicates the presence of mental behavior symptoms;
b) Able to communicate normally and have the ability to practice;
c) The patient signs an informed consent.

排除标准：

a）既往有精神疾患或合并严重精神症状、严重自杀倾向、严重失能；
b）存在语言沟通障碍及听力、视力严重障碍；
c）既往有脑损伤或严重头部外伤史；
d）既往有 MBCT干预史或同时接受其他心理治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

a) Past mental illness or combined with severe mental symptoms, severe suicidal tendency, severe disability;
b) There are language communication barriers and severe hearing and vision barriers;
c) Past history of brain injury or severe head trauma;
d) Have a history of MBCT intervention or receive other psychotherapy at the same time.
