研究目的：

To determine the tissue viability between slow freezing and vitrification for ovarian tissue cryopreservation. To assess the subsequent oocyte viability and morphologic integrity of the ovarian tissue from the two different methods. To determine any factors that may affect the success rate of ovarian tissue cryopreservation.

纳入标准：

-Young cancer patients need immediate gonadotoxic treatment for their cancer.
-Young women confirmed with premature ovarian failure (POF).

Inclusion criteria

-Young cancer patients need immediate gonadotoxic treatment for their cancer.
-Young women confirmed with premature ovarian failure (POF).

排除标准：

-History of psychological/psychiatric problem.
-Patient refusal.
-Clinically sepsis
-Congenital malformation
-Chromosome abnormality
-Confirm with malignant cells.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

To ensure the anoymity, all participants will be identified by code numbers instead of names. All the data collected from the study will only be accessed by authorized personnel and they will be discarded after data analysis. The computer data will also be encrypted to maximize data security. Majority of the ovarian tissue donated will be form the specimen removed or from the redundant ovarian tissue during ovarian surgery, risk of affecting ovarian reserve of the patient should be minimal and it will not have any additional surgical risk to the patient during the operation.
