研究目的：

前瞻性随机对照比较甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑和丙泊酚对心脏瓣膜置换术患者全麻诱导期循环功能的影响  

Objectives of Study：

A prospective randomized controlled study of the effects of remidazolam and propofol on circulatory function during induction of general anesthesia in patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

A. 择期行心脏瓣膜置换术的患者；
B. ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅲ级;
C. 年龄18-65岁，男女不限；
D. 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

A. Methods: the patients with heart valve replacement were selected;
B. ASA grade I - III;
C. 18-65 years old, male and female;
D. signing informed consent.

排除标准：

A. 对苯二氮卓类药物、阿片类药物、丙泊酚、纳洛酮等药物及其药物组分过敏或禁忌者；
B. 术前4周内参与过其他临床实验；
C. 严重心功能不全，ASA Ⅳ级及以上；
D. 尚未控制的高血压患者或控制不良的高血压患者；
E. 肝、肾功能异常：ALT和/或AST超过医学参考值范围上限1.5倍者；肌酐超过医学参考值范围上限者；
F.精神病患者；
G. 长期酗酒或使用苯二氮卓类、阿片类药物；
H. 困难气道患者：马氏评分Ⅲ级及以上。

Exclusion criteria：

A. Those who are allergic to or contraindicated to benzodiazepines, opioids, propofol, naloxone and their components;

B. Participated in other clinical trials within 4 weeks before operation;

C. Severe cardiac insufficiency, ASA grade IV and above;

D. Patients with uncontrolled or poorly controlled hypertension;

E. Abnormal liver and kidney function: ALT and / or ast exceed 1.5 times of the upper limit of medical reference value; creatinine exceeds the upper limit of medical reference value;

F. Mental patients;

G. Long term drinking or using benzodiazepines and opioids;

H. Patients with difficult airway: Mahalanobis grade III or above.
