研究目的：

评价球囊导管扩张、氩等离子凝固、冷冻、内支架等技术治疗良性气道狭窄的有效性和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the efficacy and safty of several interventional techniques in benign airway stenosis,including balloon catheter dilation, argon plasma coagulation,cryoablation and airway stenting

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄18-70岁，男女不限
2）良性气道狭窄，无活动性结核
3）预计生存期超过3个月
4）本次治疗1月内气道内未接受任何局部治疗
5）能理解本研究的情况并已签署知情同意书者

Inclusion criteria

1. Male and female aged 18 to 70 years old;
2. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent;
3. Benign airway stenosis without active tuberculosis;
4. Pedicted survival time>3 months;
5. Recieved no intra-tracheal procedures in one months before this study.

排除标准：

1）病情较重，不能耐受气管镜检查
2）正在接受纵隔放射治疗
3）气道结核不稳定

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who is in severe condition unable to be bronchoscoped;
2. Recieveing mediastinum radiation therapy;
3. Unstable bronchial tuberculosis.
