研究目的：

研究超声引导下竖脊肌平面阻滞对胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术患者围术期应激反应和镇痛效果的影响，以评价竖脊肌平面阻滞应用于胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术患者的安全性、可行性以及临床应用优势，从而探索出对胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术患者更有利的麻醉方法，优化围术期镇痛，加速患者的康复，并且为这种麻醉方法的推广提供更多的可靠依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of ultrasound-guided erector spinae plane block on the perioperative stress response and analgesic effect of patients undergoing thoracoscopic and laparoscopic esophagectomy,and to evaluate the safety,feasibility and clinical application advantages of erector spinae plane block in patients undergoing thoracoscopic and laparoscopic esophagectomy, so as to explore a more favorable anesthesia method for patients undergoing thoracoscopic and laparoscopic esophagectomy, optimize perioperative analgesia, accelerate the postoperative recovery of patients, and provide more reliable basis for the promotion of this anesthesia method.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）术前确诊为食管癌，拟行TLE者；
2）性别不限，年龄40～70岁，体质量50～80 kg，身高150～180 cm；
3）美国麻醉医师协会分级（American Society of Anesthesiologists，ASA）Ⅰ～III级；
4）术前征得患者及其家属同意，并签署了知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Those who are diagnosed with esophageal cancer before surgery and are planning to undergo TLE;
2) No gender limit, age 40-70 years old, body weight 50-80 kg, height 150-180 cm;
3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I～III;
4) Obtain the consent of the patient and his family members before the operation, and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1）患者拒绝参加本研究；
2）合并心、肺、肝、肾等脏器功能严重障碍者，及合并中枢神经系统疾病、免疫系统疾病、严重内分泌系统疾病者；
3）围术期接受过肾上腺素能受体（α/β受体）激动剂/抑制剂或激素类药物治疗者；
4）合并严重高血压、糖尿病、凝血功能异常者；
5）局部麻醉药过敏史者；
6）穿刺部位严重感染者；
7）合并精神类疾病史者（如焦虑、抑郁、精神分裂等），合并抗精神类疾病药物或慢性镇痛药物等长期服用或滥用史者；
8）脊柱畸形或发生过外伤者；
9）合并智力、视力、听力及语言障碍等无法配合者；
10）恶性高热或有家族史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) The patient refused to participate in this study;
2) Patients with severe dysfunction of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organs, as well as patients with central nervous system disease, immune system disease, severe endocrine system disease;
3) Those who have received adrenergic receptor (α/β receptor) agonists/inhibitors or hormone drugs during the perioperative period;
4) Patients with severe hypertension, diabetes, and abnormal blood coagulation;
5) Those with a history of local anesthetics allergy;
6) Severe infection at the puncture site;
7) People with a history of mental illness (such as anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, etc.), with a history of long-term use or abuse of antipsychotic drugs or chronic analgesics;
8) Those with spinal deformity or trauma;
9) Those who are unable to cooperate with the combination of mental, vision, hearing and language impairment;
10) Malignant high fever or family history.
