研究目的：

了解下颌后退手术、下颌前徙手术后上气道形态及功能的改变情况，给正颌医生和正畸医生制定手术方案提供有用的指导。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the changes of upper airway morphology and function after mandibular setback and advancement surgery and to provide useful guidance for orthodontists and orthodontists to make appropriate surgical plans.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)女性≥16岁，男性≥18岁；
(2)骨性II类：ANB>7°或APDI<72°，Sum>400°或＜388°，S-Go/N-Me＜62%或＞68%，Pog-NPerp＞8mm；或骨性III类：ANB<1°或APDI＞84°，Sum>400°或＜388°，S-Go/N-Me＜62%或＞68%，
(3)拟行正颌手术治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Female aged >= 16 years, male aged >= 18 years;
2. Class II: ANB > 7 degrees or APDI < 72 degreees, sum > 400 degrees or < 388 degrees, s-go / N-Me < 62% or > 68%, POG nperp > 8mm; or class III: anb < 1 degree or APDI > 84 degrees, sum > 400 degrees or < 388 degrees, s-go / N-Me < 62% or > 68%;
3. Subjects for orthognathic surgery.

排除标准：

(1)颅面综合征（唇腭裂等）；
(2)有头颈部手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects with craniofacial syndrome (cleft lip and palate, etc.);
2. Subjects with history of head and neck surgery.
