將回顧1985至2018年共47位接受「游離大腸皮瓣」重建的頭頸癌病人的病歷，將回顧其過去病史,手術發現,復原狀況與長期預後並進行分析

Head and neck cancer patients received free colon flap for xerostomia

排除标准：

頭頸癌病人沒有合併乾口症

Head and neck cancer patient without xerostomia
