研究目的：

完善现有儿童喉软化症三维有限元模型，增加临床病例数明确通过模型获取的喉腔应力参数同喉软化症实际严重程度存在相关性，最终将该模型应用于临床。同时探索婴儿喉软化症的三维有限元模型对于手术方式选择及手术效果预测的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Improve the existing three-dimensional finite element model of laryngomalacia in children, increase the number of clinical cases, and make it clear that the laryngeal cavity stress parameters obtained through the model are related to the actual severity of laryngomalacia, and finally apply the model to the clinic. At the same time, explore the application value of the three-dimensional finite element model of infant laryngomalacia for the selection of surgical methods and the prediction of surgical effects.

纳入标准：

未行气管切开拟行声门上成形术的年龄为0～3岁的喉软化症的患儿。

Inclusion criteria

Children with laryngomalacia aged 0 to 3 years who have not undergone a tracheotomy and are going to undergo supraglotoplasty.

排除标准：

症状危急须抢救无法完成上呼吸道三维CT评估及喉镜检查的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

Children with critical symptoms should be rescued who cannot complete three-dimensional CT assessment of upper respiratory tract and laryngoscopy.
