研究目的：

（1）探究角膜塑形术后周边视网膜屈光变化与眼轴的关系; （2）分析周边视网膜屈光分布特征与角膜塑形术近视控制效果之间的关系； （3）建立相关的角膜塑形术近视控制效果预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

（1）To explore the relationship between peripheral retinal refraction changes and axis length after orthokeratology; （2）Analyze the relationship between the characteristics of peripheral retinal refraction distribution and the effect of orthokeratology for myopia control; （3）To establish a predictive model of related orthokeratology for myopia control effect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a)受试者年龄在10-16岁之间；
b)无任何配戴角膜塑形镜的病史；
c)受试者全身及眼部健康状况良好，无任何可能影响视觉系统发育的系统性疾病或屈光不正的药物史；
d)屈光不正：等效球镜度数在-0.75D和-6.00D之间，顺规散光小于1.50D，逆规散光小于1.00D；
e)单眼最佳校正视力不低于1.0

Inclusion criteria

a) Subjects are between 10-16 years old;
b) No medical history of wearing orthokeratology;
c) Subject's body and eyes are in good health, without any history of systemic diseases or drugs that may affect the development of visual system or refractive errors;
d) The spherical equivalent refraction is between -0.75D and -6.00D, astigmatism with the rule is less than 1.50D, and astigmatism against the rule is less than 1.00D;
e) The best corrected visual acuity of one eye is not less than 1.0.

排除标准：

a)排除眼部其他疾病史及眼部外伤、手术史；全身结缔组织疾病及严重自身免疫性疾病等全身疾病史；
b)角膜塑形镜佩戴禁忌症及护理产品过敏者；
c)未规律配戴角膜塑形镜；
d)无法按要求进行随访。

Exclusion criteria：

a) Exclude the history of other diseases of the eye and the history of ocular trauma and surgery; the history of systemic diseases such as systemic connective tissue diseases and severe autoimmune diseases;
b）subjects wearing orthokeratology lenses with contraindications and allergy to nursing products;
c) Irregular wear of orthokeratology lenses;
d) Unable to follow up as required.
