研究目的：

比较临床上常用的聚醚印模技术与intraoral optical scan采集牙列缺损患者口内信息的准确性，为临床工作者合理选择印模方式提供数据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is aimed to compare the accuracy of soft-tissue or hard-tissue in dental defect with conventional transfer methods and intraoral optical scan are applied.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、受试者自愿参与该研究，并签署书面知情同意书。
2、年龄18-70周岁（包括18周岁和70周岁），性别不限。
3、受试者神志清楚，理解能力无障碍，配合程度较高。
4、受试者符合以下情况之一：
4.1 上前牙区（上颌中切牙、侧切牙、尖牙区域）单颗牙缺失。
4.2 后牙区（上下颌前磨牙、磨牙区域）单颗牙缺失。
4.3 上下颌多颗牙（≧2颗）连续缺失。
4.4 上颌和（或）下颌牙列缺失。
5、受试人员已完成缺牙区种植体支持式过渡义齿修复，牙龈塑形完成，即将制取种植最终修复印模。
6、受试人员骨内种植体骨结合良好，种植体支持式过渡义齿稳固，临时修复体无破损或其他机械并发症，无种植体周围黏膜炎和或种植体周围炎等生物并发症。

Inclusion criteria

1. Participants volunteer to participate in the study and signed a written informed consent form.
2. Aged 18-70 years (including 18 years old and 70 years old).
3. Have a high degree of cooperation and no difficulty in understanding.
4. Meet one of the following conditions:
4.1 loss of a single tooth in the upper anterior region (maxillary central incisor, lateral incisor, canine).
4.2 loss of single tooth in posterior region (upper and lower premolars, molar region).
4.3 missing teeth in the upper and lower jaws.
4.4 loss of maxillary and/or mandibular dentition.
5. Have completed the implant-supported transitional denture in the edentulous area, the gingival molding is completed, and the final implant restoration impression is about to be made.
6. The interosseointegration of implants was good, the implant-supported transitional dentures were stable, the temporary prostheses were not damaged or other mechanical complications, and there were no biological complications such as peri-implant mucositis and peri-implant inflammation.

排除标准：

1、受试人员已安装心脏起搏器，或其他口内扫描禁忌症。
2、受试人员牙周存在未控制的炎症。
3、种植体支持式过渡义齿发生松动、破损等机械并发症。
4、口腔印模材料过敏史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have been fitted with artificial pacemaker, or other contraindications to oral scanning.
2. Uncontrolled periodontal inflammation.
3. Mechanical complications such as loosening and breakage of implant-supported transitional dentures occurred.
4. Allergy to dental impression materials.
