高同型半胱氨酸血症与中风相关,Meta分析显示,随着MTHFR 677T等位基因剂量的增加,缺血性中风的风险逐渐增加,提示该多态性作为遗传性中风危险因素的影响,并支持其他证据表明同型半胱氨酸水平升高之间存在因果关系 和中风。 目前,关于高同型半胱氨酸血症与缺血性中风之间关系的研究很多,但是针对出血性中风的研究却很少。 研究表明,高半胱氨酸血症通常与高血压有关,称为H型高血压,这是脑出血的最重要危险因素;脑出血和高半胱氨酸血症可能相关并且需要其他数据来证明。 到目前为止,尚无足够的数据直接分析卒中亚型的影响。 本研究针对脑出血Hhcy患者MTHFR 677TT基因型进行研究,以帮助对患者进行危险分层。  

Objectives of Study:

Hyperhomocysteinemia is associated with stroke. Meta-analysis showed that with the increase of the dose of MTHFR 677T allele, the risk of ischemic stroke gradually increased, suggesting the influence of this polymorphism as a risk factor for hereditary stroke. And support other evidence that there is a causal relationship between elevated homocysteine levels and stroke. At present, there are many studies on the relationship between hyperhomocysteinemia and ischemic stroke, but there are few studies on hemorrhagic stroke. Studies have shown that homocysteinemia is usually associated with hypertension, called H-type hypertension, which is the most important risk factor for cerebral hemorrhage; cerebral hemorrhage and homocysteinemia may be related and require additional data. prove. So far, there is not enough data to directly analyze the impact of stroke subtypes. In this study, the MTHFR 677TT genotype of Hhcy patients with cerebral hemorrhage was studied to help stratify the risk of patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

续惯纳入中国康复研究中心2020年9月-2021年12月神经内科和神经康复科门诊和病房脑出血后Hhcy患者(Hcy≥15umol/L,正常值 5.0-15.0 umol/L);
脑卒中诊断符合全国第四届脑血管病学术会议脑出血,经头颅MRI或CT证实出血病灶。

Inclusion criteria

Continue to be admitted to the China Rehabilitation Research Center from September 2020 to December 2021 in neurology and neurorehabilitation clinics and wards with Hhcy patients (Hcy >= 15umol/L, normal value 5.0-15.0 umol/L);
The diagnosis of stroke was in line with the 4th National Cerebrovascular Disease Academic Conference, and cerebral hemorrhage was confirmed by head MRI or CT.

排除标准:

排除蛛网膜下腔出血患者和外伤性脑内出血,排除继发性脑出血,主要包括动静脉畸形、动脉瘤、海绵状血管畸形、动静脉瘘、Moyamoya病(烟雾病)、血液病或凝血功能障碍、颅内肿瘤、血管炎、出血性脑梗死、静脉窦血栓及药物不良反应等原因导致的脑出血。

Exclusion criteria:

Exclude patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage and traumatic intracerebral hemorrhage, and exclude secondary cerebral hemorrhage, mainly including arteriovenous malformations, aneurysms, cavernous malformations, arteriovenous fistulas, Moyamoya disease (moyamoya disease), hematopathy, or coagulation Cerebral hemorrhage caused by obstacles, intracranial tumors, vasculitis, hemorrhagic cerebral infarction, venous sinus thrombosis and adverse drug reactions.
