研究目的：

(1)本课题将动机访谈理念用于糖尿病患者的胰岛素教育，与常规教育模式相比，探究前者是否有利于减轻糖尿病患者的心理性胰岛素抵抗。 (2)动机访谈是否有利于糖尿病患者的血糖控制。 (3)关注患者的社会心理问题，探索新的糖尿病教育模式。  

Objectives of Study：

To examine whether motivational interviewing (MI) intervention compared with usual care can reduce the psychological insulin resistance (PIR) and improve blood glucose control in oral antidiabetic agents failure (OAD failure) insulin naive type 2 diabetes patients.

纳入标准：

纳入标准：符合《2010年中国2型糖尿病防治指南》中2型糖尿病诊断标准，且没有严重的急性和慢性并发症，意识清楚，有读写能力。年龄在20-70岁（包括20岁和70岁），口服药失效，起始使用胰岛素的2型糖尿病患者。所有入组人群均签署入组知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Patients are eligible if they are OAD failure, insulin-naive type 2 diabetes patients, are over 18 years of age; able to consent to participate on their own behalf; have no obvious confusion or psychiatric illness; would like to participate the group education programme offered at the diabetes specialist hospital; and able to speak, read and write Chinese.

排除标准：

排除标准：1型及其它特殊类型糖尿病、妊娠糖尿病或糖尿病合并妊娠、合并有脑梗塞或严重精神疾病、意识不清、或其它疾病引起的意识障碍以及生活不能自理的患者及不同意入组者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria include pregnancy, severe debilitating disease and cognitive deficit.
