探究利用Day 3 呼吸率辅助进行胚胎筛选是否可以提高临床妊娠率。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether embryo screening assisted by Day 3 respiration rate can improve the clinical pregnancy rate.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄<35，BMI<25 kg/m2；
2.第一次IVF周期；
3.第三天可移植胚胎数≥5，7<细胞数<10;
4.新鲜单囊胚移植。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age<35, BMI<25 kg/m2;
2.First IVF cycle;
3.On day 3, the number of transplantable embryos ≥ 5,7 < cell number <10;
4.Fresh single blastocyst transplantation.

排除标准：

1.PGT;
2.PCOS, 子宫内膜异位症，内分泌疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1.PGT;
2.PCOS,Endocrine diseases and endometriosis.
