研究目的：

1.探讨女性青年长期饮用常规量牛奶对体内雌激素、孕激素的代谢和排泄状况、以及带来的经期可能变化，对女性排卵和生理周期的影响。 2.探讨饮用高剂量和低剂量市售牛奶后，儿童体内雌激素、孕激素的代谢和排泄情况以及血液指标的代谢变化曲线。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To investigate the effects of long-term consumption of regular amounts of milk in young women on the metabolism and excretion of oestrogen and progesterone in the body and on the possible changes in menstruation, ovulation and the female cycle; 2.To investigate the metabolism and excretion of estrogen and progesterone in children after high and low doses of commercially available milk and the metabolic profile of changes in blood parameters.

纳入标准：

女性：1.年龄22-26岁
2.体重正常，BMI介于 18.5-23.9之间
3.月经周期规律，连续半年的月经周期稳定在28-32天
4.近期未服用口服避孕药，及其他激素类药物
5.无明显乳糖不耐受症经历

儿童：
1.年龄范围7~9岁。
2.入选对象要求男女各半，体重正常和肥胖儿童各半
3.无牛奶过敏史
4.无乳糖不耐受现象或较轻
5.能够在十分钟内饮完规定量的牛奶（多达1000ml多）
6.经家长和儿童同意，愿意参加本实验

Inclusion criteria

Female:
1. 22-26 years old;
2. Normal weight with a BMI between 18.5 and 23.9;
3. Regular menstrual cycle, with a stable menstrual cycle of 28-32 days for six months;
4. Have not recently taken oral contraceptives, or other hormonal drugs;
5. No significant experience with lactose intolerance.
Children:
1. The age range is 7 to 9 years old;
2. Half male and half female, half normal weight and half obese children;
3. No history of milk allergy;
4. No or mild lactose intolerance;
5. Be able to drink the prescribed amount of milk (up to 1000ml+) in 10 minutes;
6. With the consent of parents and children, they are willing to participate in the experiment.

排除标准：

女性：
1.患有可能影响实验结果的疾病，如卵巢囊肿、子宫肌瘤、宫颈癌、乳腺癌、小叶增生、子宫内膜癌、子宫内膜异位症、多囊卵巢综合征等雌激素相关疾病.
2.不能配合各种实验安排。

儿童：
1.经临床诊断确诊为性早熟的儿童
2.有白血病、糖尿病、心脏病等重大疾病的儿童
3.不能遵守实验方案的

Exclusion criteria：

Female:
1. Females with diseases that may interfere with the results of the experiment, such as estrogen-related diseases such as ovarian cysts, uterine fibroids, cervical cancer, breast cancer, lobular hyperplasia, endometrial cancer, endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome, etc., after a physical examination;
2. Not be able to cooperate with various experimental arrangements.
Children:
1. Children diagnosed with clinical precocious puberty;
2. Children with major diseases such as leukemia, diabetes, heart disease, etc.;
3. Failure to comply with the experimental protocol.
