研究目的：

多中心前瞻性对比深度学习模型与PET在诊断临床I期非小细胞肺癌N2转移的效能。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to compare a deep learning signature to positron emission tomography for N2 metastasis prediction of clinical stage I non-small cell lung cancer in a multicenter prospective cohort.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）计划在手术前2周内通过术前薄层CT扫描在放射学上发现肺结节的患者。 （2）CT影像显示肺结节小于4厘米； （3）对比CT扫描纵隔淋巴结最大短轴直径小于1 cm； （4）NSCLC的病理证实； （5）进行PET扫描； （6）年龄在20-75岁之间； （7）获得书面知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) patients scheduled for surgery for radiological finding of pulmonary nodules from the preoperative thin-section CT scan within 2 weeks prior to the surgery; (2) lung nodule less than 4 cm on CT images; (3) the maximum short-axis diameter of mediastinal lymph node less than 1 cm on contrast CT scan; (4) pathological confirmation of NSCLC; (5) conduction of PET scans; (6) age ranging from 20-75 years; and (7) obtained written informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）多发性肺部病变； （2）CT图像质量差，或合并症，包括广泛的肺部感染，大量胸腔积液和弥漫性间质性肺炎等。（3）临床信息不完整的患者； （4）5年内有恶性病史的患者； （5）有胸外科手术史的患者，（6）患者接受了新辅助治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) multiple lung lesions; (2) the quality of CT images is poor, or patients with comorbidities including extensive pulmonary infection, massive pleural effusion, and diffused interstitial pneumonia, etc. (3) patients with incomplete clinical information; (4) patients with a history of malignancy within 5 years; (5) patients with a history of thoracic surgery and (6) patients received neoadjuvant therapy.
