研究目的:

多中心前瞻性对比深度学习模型与PET在诊断临床I期非小细胞肺癌N2转移的效能。  

Objectives of Study:

The purpose of this study is to compare a deep learning signature to positron emission tomography for N2 metastasis prediction of clinical stage I non-small cell lung cancer in a multicenter prospective cohort.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

(1)计划在手术前2周内通过术前薄层CT扫描在放射学上发现肺结节的患者。
(2)CT影像显示肺结节小于4厘米;
(3)对比CT扫描纵隔淋巴结最大短轴直径小于1 cm;
(4)NSCLC的病理证实;
(5)进行PET扫描;
(6)年龄在20-75岁之间;
(7)获得书面知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Those patients who plan to find pulmonary nodules in radiology by preoperative thin slice CT scan within 2 weeks before operation.
2. Patients with pulmonary nodules less than 4 cm on CT images;
3. Those patients whose maximum short axis diameter of mediastinal lymph node is less than 1 cm on CT scan;
4. Patients with NSCLC confirmed by pathology;
5. Patients with PET scan;
6. Patients aged 20-75 years old;
7. Patients with written informed consent.

排除标准:

(1)多发性肺部病变;
(2)CT图像质量差,或合并症,包括广泛的肺部感染,大量胸腔积液和弥漫性间质性肺炎等。
(3)临床信息不完整的患者;
(4)5年内有恶性病史的患者;
(5)有胸外科手术史的患者,
(6)患者接受了新辅助治疗。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with multiple lung diseases;
2. Patients with poor CT image quality or complications, including extensive pulmonary infection, massive pleural effusion and diffuse interstitial pneumonia.
3. Patients with incomplete clinical information;
4. Patients with malignant history within 5 years;
5. Patients with a history of thoracic surgery,
6. Patients receiving neoadjuvant therapy.
