探究氧化苦参碱对银屑病患者的疗效及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the curative efficacy and safety of oxymatrine in the treatment of psoriasis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.重度斑块型银屑病，银屑病面积及严重程度指数（PASI）评分≥12分，病程≥6个月，且至少有1个疗程系统治疗。
2.脓疱性银屑病，银屑病病程≥6个月，且至少有1个疗程系统治疗。
3.红皮病型银屑病，银屑病病程≥6个月，且至少有1个疗程系统治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Severe plaque psoriasis, psoriasis area and severity index (PASI) score >=12, course of disease >=6 months, and at least one previous course of systemic treatment;
2. Pustular psoriasis, psoriasis course of disease >=6 months, and at least one previous course of systemic treatment;
3. Erythrodermic psoriasis, psoriasis course of disease >=6 months, and at least one previous course of systemic treatment.

排除标准：

1.对氧化苦参碱过敏。
2.有严重肝肾损害、精神疾病、造血功能障碍或其它严重器质性疾病者。
3.在过去4周内给予免疫抑制、大剂量糖皮质激素或维甲酸治疗。
4.怀孕和哺乳。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergic to oxymatrine;
2. Severe liver and kidney damage, mental illness, hematopoietic dysfunction or other serious organic diseases;
3. Immunosuppression, high-dose glucocorticoid or retinoic acid were given in the past 4 weeks;
4. Pregnancy and lactation.
