研究目的：

通过对共性血清蛋白的发现，鉴别出关键分子指标，为揭示维医病证生物学本质提供客观依据，同时对伴随方药治疗发生的血清蛋白质组学动态变化分析，鉴别出特色方药的药靶蛋白质，为异常黑胆质证相对应的维医特色方药——异常黑胆质成熟剂及清除剂治疗恶性肿瘤的机制和特点提供生物学依据  

Objectives of Study：

Identify the key molecular indicator by finding common serum proteins, provide objective evidence to revealing Uygur medicine syndrome biological essence, and also identify the feature medicament target protein by dynamic altering analysis to the serum proteome after medicament treatment, provide biological foundation for Uryguar feature medicament corresponding to serum proteome syndrome, ie. abnormal savda maturating agentia and eliminating agentia, treatment mechanism and specialty to malignant tumor.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

异常黑胆质成熟剂：破布木果、红枣、牛舌草等。 异常黑胆质清除剂：山扁豆、刺糖、玫瑰花、菟丝草、诃子、西青果、欧亚水龙骨、甘草、小茴香、牛舌草、蜜蜂花、天山堇菜、睡莲花、葡萄干、破布木果、玫瑰花糖膏、巴旦仁、番泻叶。没有译文 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Abnormal savda malignant tumor maturating agentia：Cordia dicholoma Forst，chinese date，toothedfruit dock leaf; Abnormal savda malignant tumor eliminating agent：senna，manaplant alhagi sweet secretion，rosae rugosae, cuscuta seed, fructus，fructus terminaliae immaturus, japanese polypody rhizome, licorice root，cumin, toothedfruit dock leaf，Melissa, Viola tianshanica Maxim, cress flower, raisin, Cordia dicholoma Forst, rosae rugosae fillmass, semen amygdale dulcis, folium sennae. 

纳入标准：

1.符合恶性肿瘤的西医诊断标准，各种肿瘤均需有明确的病理学诊断确诊，年龄在18-75岁之间的患者；
2.在入组前2周已按照疾病治疗原则完成相关手术、放疗、化疗、介入等相关治疗；
3.KPS评分≥60分；
4.预计生存期在6个月以上者；
5.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 18-75, Conforming to malignant tumor diagnostic criteria, and with clear pathology diagnosed;
2. Complete relevant operation, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, intervention therapy 2 weeks before entering the group in line with disease treatment principle;
3.KPS score >= 60;
4.Expected survival for more than 6 months;
5.Signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.未经病理学确诊的患者；
2.患严重的心脑血管疾病或精神障碍等疾病的患者，或合并活动性结核及严重的感染性疾病的患者；
3.严重肝肾功能异常的患者；严重出血倾向的患者；
4.年龄<18岁和>75岁的患者；
5.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；
6.对本研究所使用的药物过敏者；
7.营养状况差，KPS评分＜60分者；
8.患者同时接受其他抗肿瘤治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients without pathological diagnosed;
2. Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or serious mental disorders and other similar diseases, or patients with combined active tuberculosis and severe infectious diseases;
3. Patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction；or patients with severe bleeding tendency;
4. Age under 18 or beyond 75 years;
5. Pregnant or lactating women;
6. Allergy to drugs used in this study;
7. Poor nutrition, KPS score < 60;
8. Also received other antineoplastic therapy.
